What to download from this Scribus list?

Hi guys, I did a search, but can't find an answer.

My cousin needs to design some bright, fun, colourful posters (A4/A5) to advertise events for a community group. The posters need to include small pictures or fun drawings and be eye catching and suitable for all - from teenagers to elderly people.

Please can you advise what would be best to download from this page?

The problem with a lot of open source projects is that they're such "code-heads" they kind of take it for granted that throwing up every version and compression of files and source files that everyone would know what's what from a coder's perspective.
