27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Just placed my 3rd order for Christmas presents after getting some ideas from the in-laws today - all in the glitch too. Got the Grow Your Own Veg and Baby Sign Language x 2 for £7.50. Should have been £25.
By the way, all of the books in the wedding and baby section are 50% off, so all covered by the glitch.0 -
This is a fantastic Grabbit. Just ordered £30 worth of books, mainly gardening that would have cost £37 inc p&p all for £5 :j0

Just ordered £60 worth of books for £22.50. Nine books in total. Not as huge a saving as some but I included lots of the books that were originally £7.50 and used the 3 for 2 to include books that weren't 50% off to make sure I was giving gifts people would be happy with. Simply wasn't enough choice to suit all of the family in the 50% off section!
Still works out as less than £2.50 per book!!
and I had the free delivery so I'm not complaining. :j 0 -

I've had confirmation that two of my three orders have been posted and I've only been charged the glitch price so it looks like they are honouring it. Fingers crossed for the third order.0
