M&S: Books for 3 for 2 AND 50% off

Some of my orders have been despatched. I find it better to place lots of small ordesr with M&S rather than one large, you have more chance of getting something delivered!

just got an email to say one order despatched but the other won't be until 13th or so - I presume they have an order in for more stock - hopefully will get it

Not had confirmation of dispatch yet. Shall keep fingers crossed now they've taken the offer off the website.

Been into my account and it says 'dispatching soon'.

Noticed that books that were previously showing as out of stock are now back on the website like Tara Ramsey's Family Suppers.

I hope they honour my order. I'll be really dissapointed if they don't

This is good news and seems like they will honour it

I ordered 2 small lots on Saturday, then another lot yesterday and all 3 orders have now been dispatched between yesterday and today :T Yay!
Before i got the 3 confirmation emails though, 'dispatching soon' is what my M&S account said also. So think you should be ok hun

Just checked account, an order that i am awaiting despatch for the payment details have altered, my original receipt said £56 ow showing as £118 - can hey charge the additional money, plus other books missing from order.

Checked my account again and mine is still showing as order total £22.50 (saving £41).

how do you cancel? mine has three books on the list now (was 4); no promotions other than free postage. Was 7.25 ish now £12 for one less book. It says on the website you can cancel but I cant work out how.

The email confirmation at the lower price says our offer is not accepted until the goods are despatched: but surely our offer is based on the original price and if they don't want to honour it they should simply cancel the order? any experts out there?

Go to order history and on the top right corner is the CANCEL AN ITEM box.
