my fridge freezer keeps making a loud noise,,like a grinding noise as if something is going round inside the appliance but something is stoping moving it a bit..can i fix it or do i need help..thanks

Could be the compressor - if it is then its probbly had it. Also, some fridge freezers have fans and things that can can go noisy. What make and model is it?0
