I need new central heating

It's a Ravensheat and we've been in this house 8 years so 9/10 years old.
The BG thing seems like a good idea but if they can't fix it and it still needs replacing that's £2000+ and £13-£17 per month coming out. Or would they not charge us a monthly fee if it did need replacing?
Thanks again0 -
Ring them and ask, I can't say for sure. I think it would be very unusual for it to be so bad that they said it needed replacing. I just replaced my 18yr old boiler which they covered and would have continued to cover, because I wanted a quieter boiler not next to my bedroom so I could reclaim the airing cupboard and sleep better.0
