microvisual c + runtime library ....???

when starting up desktop .. running xp and ie..

box appears ....

"microvisual+runtime library

runtime error

program es\common files\roxio shared\9.0\sharedCOM\roxwatch9.exe

application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in unusual way. please contact application support team for more info. "

ALSO box saying
r6025
pure virtual
function call .


How's anyone suppossed to understand these .. and know what to do ?? !!!!

There's a "OK" click .. but that just makes box come back again ... but clicking X in top right hand corner does make it do away .

Disable "RoxWatch" from starting up with pc and that should stop this thing appearing.

Just found this link on a Roxio forum.
