Camera/video mobile phone

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
My son would like a camera or video phone for his birthday but I'm only just getting to grips with an ordinary mobile! In other words I don't have a clue.

Has anyone got any advice about a PAYG phone please? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I'm working my way through the site!

    sometimes you can pick up a decent bargain on Ebay for phones. I've heard that a seller on there, scheming_gypsy ??? or something is hawking a very reasonable Samsung E800 and possibly throwing in a PAYG sim card that hasn't been registered.
