Hi can you clarify is this your I and E for the OR?
If so why are they not allowing Car costs? are they taking your car and saying you dont need a vehicle?
How many is the housekeeping for? Remember prices for food etc has gone up quite a bit recently. So are gas and electricity. You should be able to argue this one.
Add £10 per person for prescriptions.
Add £12 per person for optitions."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

hello
this is fo the or
yes they did exempt the car the car is in my name and my br have gone on to rtlu i think they are waiting on my insurance claim on car(another issue which has become a joke)but no mention so far on any thing else but they have put a ipa on my partner who is the one which works i,m the house husband. theres 2 adults 3 kids 1 dog0 -
Sorry what is RTLU? Is the car wrecked? if not why the insurance claim.
If you have a partner why are her figures not showing on your I&E.
So if NO car allowed and you do not work whose are the travelling costs for?
YOu have not shown any Child Tax credit, working tax credit or child allowance are these all in your OH name? and has she also gone BR?
Think you need to clarify a few things here and then we can make some suggestions for you.
Dentists? not added
School dinners £80 and yet activities only £20 it is £5 per child per month for an out of school activity I think. Someone will confirm that for you.

I think it is to do with the OR in this thread asking for an unaffordable IPA and disallowing needed car/travel expenditures.

Hi sadlybroke.
I'm not the best person with income and expenditures, but I will sit down and have a look through that I&E later on (or at least before the weekend is over).Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Means a £2 surplus if my adding up is right!
Okay how many children is this for I have tried to work it out, but failing I know you get £18.80 for first child, but think it is lower for the others.I have a feeling it is 3 children. What are their ages? With £80 for school dinners I am guessing all three of them are in school, otherwise this is too high.
You only have £20 for activities though, which is sometimes allowed, sometimes not, but is reasonable to add £5 per child per week.
Whose wages are you showing here? you other halves, or your own, as you say househusband?
You have not given any contribution from your OH towards the cost of the household bills?
Hope someone can help here as I am not one hundred percent on how much you will be allowed on housekeeping for two adults and three kids, unless it is not 3 kids.
Is your rent as low as £120 a month? and your council tax only £50? if so where do you live I need to move there! Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -

Okay thank you Fermi will take another look, still a bit of a muddle to work out.
To be honest I cannot see how they have ended up with an IPA can any else here, or am I missing something. My maths is not pie hot at the best of times.
I cannot see how the clothing is too high to be honest has this OR had to buy 15 year old kids clothes and shoes, and school uniforms? Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0
