Ok
1) who has valued it? Is it on the market at the moment? where abouts are you in the country someone might know what s going on around there.
2) what money do you have for a deposit/ solicitors fees/ stamp duty?
3) how much do you earn per year.
When we know that, we can advise more. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Do you have a deposit? For a house of £150K you will need at least £15K. That means you need a mortgage for £135K. Do you earn enough to get a mortgage of that amount?

no money at the moment but may be able to raise £5-£8k
approx..... £28k and will be rising
