Intelligent Finance - direct contact number?

My mother wants to transfer some money that she has with Intelligent Finance but she gets awfully confused having to key in all the numbers on the telephone keypad. Trouble is there doesn't appear to be a direct contact number that will get her DIRECTLY through to a human being so she can read out the numbers, etc to them.
Or is there such a direct contact number?
Any ideas please?

no idea dude, but i just opened an isaver account @ 6.4% with them (sounded decent enough), and will look through documentos when they come to me if there a number, i give you it.
