Savings account with sub-accounts like ING

Hi all,

Im currently with INGdirect and one of the main reasons being is the ease at which you can manage your money online. With ING, you can set up several sub-accounts within your savings account which is very important to me as I am self employed and have a seperate account for my tax, my previous years tax, my personal savings, my profits from another venture etc etc.

Im aware that ING dont have the best interest rate, does anyone know of a better savings account that also has this 'sub-account' creation aspect to its online money management? Because its very important to me.

Also, does haggling with a savings account ever work? Brand new customers get a better rate with ING and I think I might threaten to leave to get them to offer me a better rate

cheers

Their websaver account is giving 6.4%. I put funds into the INGDirect account, and tranfer them instantly into the websaver. Only until March 09, mind....

Or you can send them by BACS or faster payments directly into the websaver to avoid waiting for the amount to clear in the main ING Direct account.
