  • On the specification it says that a remote control is not included.
Does anyone know if this is true?

Yes it does come with a remote (not the most exciting remote I have ever seen, but a remote nonetheless)!

I have had this TV for about a week now, and it’s great. Picture quality is excellent for the price, and it looks the 'puppy’s privates' IMHO. After looking at the pictures of the set online I was not sure if I liked the fact that the speakers were not situated at the side of the set (they are at the bottom, under the screen). However, this does not effect the sound quality, and combined with the stand actually serves to give the design of the TV really clean lines (... it looks good!).

Below are two review links for the TV, which offer good balanced accounts. I must agree that with the virtual surround sound enabled, voices are a little distorted at high levels. However, I personally prefer the sound without the Virtual Dolby switched off ... its much more natural.

If you’re looking for a 28 inch 'flat' widescreen TV, I would really recommend this TV.

    P.S.

I did buy this at Curry’s, and the service was really good! If you’re going to buy one be sure to check the forum for current discount codes!

    Hi all
Just bought one of these, becase of it's size mainly, walked into Currys and asked for a 10% discount and got it!
Anyway, I can't seem to get the Sky remote to work the TV as I previously did with my Panasonic, any ideas?
    Thanks.

  • Someone I know is after a new TV and is seriously considering this, but they could wait 'til after Xmas and want to know if this or other 28" WS TV's would likely be cheaper in the sales..anyone know? TIA
