Thanks for this. I'm probably going to get it, as I'm guaranteed a superb picture, and the money saved can go towards a high spec proper 19" tft monitor.Titch 0 0

The discount code expires today according to hotukdeals so unless you know otherwise it's probably best to order today.0

the post containing the code has been deleted. Just a reminder to all that no codes should be posted on Grabbit at all:
Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: For legal reasons codes are not permitted on the Grabbit board and have been moved. If in doubt please read this and this for an explanation. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0

Bought this Toshiba for my Sister a few weeks back. Choose it mainly because its footprint is so small, about the smallest 28" you can buy. Its width is about the same as a Philips 24" TV. As is was going to sit across the corner of her room the view from the front looks the same as an LCD would, albeit cheaper. The flat screen looks very good.
Looks great, easy to set up and picture quality is good too. Sound is OK, nothing special.
Would recommend it as 8/10 Overall, Value 10/10.

Egg Money card gives £10% instant cashback at Currys + 2% cashback at the moment.
Therefore I reckon using the code mentioned above (£20 off £250) you could get this TV for £202.40.0

            brodders - I'm pretty sure that is a mistake, if you look at the comet website is says it has got one;

Well I've taken the plunge and ordered it.
I used the £20 off £200 code and will get another 5% cashback from my normal egg card (have to go through a link on egg.com to get 5%).Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0

yep im sure it will come with a remote.
it would be hard work using all the features from a couple of buttons on the front of the tv:D
very nice tv for the money especially as it includes the stand which can be expensive on its own.
heres a review u might like to read when it was £450 a year ago
http://www.homecinemachoice.com/cgi-bin/displayreview.php?reviewid=5095
ok its not lcd but if its gonna sit in the corner of the room the extra bulk wont make much difference and at least u will be sure your gonna get an excellent picture which after all is the main thing surely.

It's a very good deal but not the best, IMHO, on the Currys site. For a 32" 100Hz the Panasonic TX32PM12 is an excellent buy at £449.99. With the £40 off £400 voucher and cashback - Egg CC 5% or Quidco 2%(?) you should get it to £400 or less. Everywhere else seems to be £550+, the Panasonic eshop lists it at £698! The £40 off £400 voucher only appeared the other day so I had to make do with £20 off - SPIT!
Ours arrived yesterday and We're very pleased, sad to say but the food shots on the River Cottage Road Trip were almost sexy and the pictures on Life In The Undergrowth were absolutely stunning!
It is a big beasty though, I've got to remodel part of our hearth to get it to fit in the alcove beside. Hopefully it will last 5 years, long enough, with luck, for flat panels of similar price to finally compete on picture quality :-)Joe
