    900kWh is the annual threshold in this case. The period covers 62 days so 153kWh would be at the higher rate then the rest at the lower rate.Doing a quick calculation I think this would make the charges £90-£100 less.

    Out of interest is the flat a new build / new in the last couple of years?
    Its not unheard of for the builder to mix up the meters
