Hi im new to this website so pls bare with me
Today i have had a call from what appears to be a genuine company. I havent agreed to anything as i said i would like to go away and do some research and think about it.
Im hoping you can help. The company is called claims justice. Their website is https://www.claimsjustice.co.uk and they claim to get back all your bank charges, taking the burdon off our hands. This is something iv been meaning to do for a long time now but what with having such a hectic lifestyle have never actually got round to it and felt quite relieved to hear there was companies which could do this. Obviously i would expect they take a cut which is actually 25% plus VAT. with a deposit of £30 but this deposit is refunded towards the end of the claim.
Does anyone know anything about these coimpanies or this one in particular. Are they genuine? has anyone had any success from any??
They claim they can get your money back within approximately 3 months, which they advise is much quicker than if i was to approach my banks soley. The lady said she knows someone who has been waiting 2 years for a result from her bank through going through the process on her own. She also said their company havent had any client not succeed!! She said this is because they are a company specialising in this so it means they have more power and knowledge of the entire procedures. She explained about what the process is with the court cases that are happening with the banks and that the banks are using one which is on hold as an excuse to try and defer their customers hence the delays at which some individuals are waiting but she said this is all a ploy to delay giving out peoples money.
Any advice or facts known pls guys??? All will be much appreciated.
Has anyone had any positive experience with a similar company?

I think they are cons. if a company that claims your charges or whatsoever asks you a deposit before you win 99.9% its fake. be aware and very careful. They have rang me and what to help me to claim an accident..i want to see if they will ask me to pay any fees lol0

Do not use them, regarding claiming Bank Charges back it is so much better to do it yourself, there are lots of friendly and helpfull people on this site who have been paid out thousands, including myself. Why pay others and they take 30% of your money.
With the test case all claims are on hold but it is better to get the ball rolling, the only way you get 100% of your money within a few months is A) if you are extremely lucky
if you are having extreme hardship.
Have a good luck through the sites and templates and get started yourself, if you need any help give me a shout.
Lastly these companies have neither no more or no less knowledge than you or I in claiming back the money, 100% IMHO do not use them I am sure you will get lots of replies telling you the sameAbbey Claim 1 - WON £2300 Inc Interest :rotfl:
Abbey Claim 2 - Won £990 :rotfl:
Abbey Claim 3- £1157.80 + Interest @0.25 per day (LBA)

PSML !
This 'one case' will be the OFt v Banks test case then.FSA wrote:The Financial Services Authority (FSA) today (Friday 27 July) issued a 'waiver' from its complaints handling rules that apply to unauthorised overdraft charges complaints. This follows the decision by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and some firms to initiate a test case in the High Court to resolve legal uncertainties on the application of the law to these charges.
This action means that, until the test case is resolved, any bank or building society that applies for the waiver will not be required to handle complaints relating to unauthorised overdraft charges within the time limits set out in the FSA rules. The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has adopted a similar approach and the county courts are expected to follow.LegalBeagles0 -

Just a little case. No real interest to anyone then
