International Talk Like a Pirate Day

Please could we have a site banner for this piratical holiday? (I'm sure we didn't have one - if we did, please feel free to tell me off for being unobservant!)
It's nice to have secular festivals to celebrate for those of us who don't have a religion, and it's also of importance to those who follow the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
It would be wonderfully entertaining on the forums, and finally (and perhaps most importantly) I bet Martin would look great with a pirate hat set at a jaunty angle, an eye-patch and parrot.
Arrr, shiver me timbers!
