Terms & Conditions

Prize: The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is a cheque for £500 payable in the name of the entrant, and a five-night trip for two people to Dubai including return flights, return transfers between the Dubai airport and hotel, and twin/double room accommodation.

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and must be booked and taken by 30 September 2009 subject to availability and restrictions including but not limited to blackout dates between 10-31 December 2008 and other public holidays. All elements of the trip must be booked and taken up during one period, and not on different dates. The winner must ensure that they and their companion hold a valid passport and visas and are available during the relevant dates. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize. The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, losses or any medical conditions aggravated or incurred in taking up the prize. The prize excludes other costs including but not limited to UK ground transfers, all other travel costs, accommodation, meals and drinks, parking costs, excursions, spa treatments, hotel charges, telephone calls, room service, incidental costs, taxes and insurance.

The winner must be aged 18 years or over and their companion must be aged 12 or over. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation.

The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties. The winner will be contacted on the draw date on the phone number provided when entering the competition.

The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made.

I post the this morning comps every day, its only occassionally they are duped (first time this week!!) i always post so i know its done, this week if i hadnt of posted, they wouldnt be here, so thats why i do it daily!!
