The promoter of this competition is The Disney Store Limited, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9PE, England (“Promoter”). By entering this promotion you agree to the requirements set out in the promotional material and the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition is open to all residents of the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over excluding employees of The Disney Store Limited, its associated companies, agents, contractors and other persons professionally connected to the promotion or any of their family members. Entries by agents or third parties will not be accepted.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed. To enter the competition, entrants must go to disneystore.co.uk/camprock and complete the online entry form. No purchase necessary for entry. No charges are levied by the Promoter on any entry, but entrants will be responsible for any costs connected to their entry.
3. Disney does not accept responsibility for late, misdirected, incomplete, lost, illegible or invalid entries.
4. The competition is open from midnight 23rd September to 10th October 2008. All entries for the competition must be received no later than midnight 10th October 2008 .
5. The winner will be randomly selected from all entries received and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified in the first instance by e-mail by 25th October 2008. The winner must respond to that email within 28 days of that email being sent. If no response is received within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner and the Promoter shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. The prize winner should allow at least 4 months from 25th October 2008 for fulfilment of their prizes. Arrangements for fulfilment to be agreed with the individual winner.
6. There are 2 (two) sets of Camp Rock Merchandise first prizes which are signed by members of the cast. More details to be provided to winner upon notification.
7. The winner’s name and town of residence can be obtained by sending a SAE to Disney Store Marketing, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE. Do not send entries to this address.
8. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without any additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
9. All prizes are non transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value.
10. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
11. All personal information about entrants collected for the purpose of this competition may be shared with our agents and with other Disney entities and / or their agents for the purposes of running the competition and so that prizes may be provided. Any personal information provided by entrants will not be retained after the prize has been awarded, except where you have have opted in to receive further information from us.
