Capital One payment methods

This has been on my account page for several days now ???


We are currently unable to process debit card payments. Please refer to the FAQ's for alternative payment methods

    I have the same message on mine??

    I've just come to try and pay the thing off but i can't and now i'm going to have to send in a D/D form which now ill take a month to be applied!

    Any suggestions?

    Ask them for a payment slip ???

    Phone them and ask why they cant take debit card payments, i got bored of waiting for a reply from them

    Well my account is always paid early, and well over the minimum amount. so when i went into payment methods under the FAQ as advised, and i clicked payment with a debit card i got this

    You have been signed out because you have attempted to access a service which is restricted due to the status on your account. Please sign in to continue using unrestricted areas of your online account.

    Any Cap1 staff online to answer

    Capital one have had a major problem with their online payments, taking multiple payments from their customers trying to pay online, which is why they have been forced to take their system offline while they attempt to fix the problem.

    I used to pay them by direct debit, but the payment was taken days earlier than the due date as stated on the monthly bill. So now I just paid them over the HSBC counter, no chance of them taking multiple payments from my card. :dance:
    Vodafone sucks. :mad:
