legal download for mp3 player

 I want to download some music legally for my mp3 player. I would like one that is easy to do as some of them are beyond me and I am willing to pay a reasonable price but if there are any free legal downloads available obviously that would be good.Thanking you in advance as this is a very helpful site for the likes of me as I love going on my laptop but am no geek!

www.we7.com has free as well as paid for downloads. (The free ones have a small advert at the start which you can redownload without the advert after 28 days).

Play.com has some very cheap downloads, and 7digital is also pretty good too.

There's also the ubiquitous iTunes if your player can play AAC files (if it's not an iPod, it'll only be able to play the "iTunes plus" tracks).

  • Try http://www.jamendo.com/en/albums they are unsigned bands but the music is as good as the big labels and there's a very wide choice.

  • I use https://www.jamendo.com as well.

Lots of good music available FOC. :)
  • If you have a Napster compatible mp3 player then I recommend them. On there Napster To Go service, u pay 14.95 a month and you can download as much as you want and put it onto you mp3 player. As its subscription you don't have to worry about paying every time you download something, and its very easy to use
