Land Rover Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. The competition is to win one Land Rover Defender 90 hard top (2007 Registration).
2. There can only be one winner.
3. Draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents. The following are not eligible: the employees of (i) the promoter and its franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors and (ii) any other company, organisation or person assisting or connected with the promotion.
4. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid UK driving licence.
6. Phones 4u will arrange delivery of the vehicle to an agreed UK, Isle of Man or Channel Island address.
7. Phones 4u will not be liable for the condition of the vehicle whilst in transit.
8. Once the vehicle has been delivered, the winner will be liable for the full maintenance of the vehicle including road tax, MOT, service and insurance.
9. The selection of the winner will be conducted at random. Phones 4u’s decision is final.
10. The winner may be required to take part in further publicity or advertising.
11. The winner will be contacted by telephone no later than 7 days after the close of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted during this period, Phones 4u reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.
12. Announcement of the winner will be available on the website 2 days after the event.
13. Information and data which is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by the promoter in order to administer the competition.
14. Phones 4u will only use an entrant's data to contact them with information of offers or services that may be of interest to that entrant and for any other purposes permitted by the Data Protection Act.
15. The number of entries is limited to one per person.
16. Phones 4u does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any email not being properly recorded or received.
17. The closing date for entries is Monday 3rd November.
18. Phones 4u shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the grand prize.

I think the DOB is to prove you're over 18.

Still, it's a Caudwell company so I'd rather avoid.
