Mites on the Plaster

HELLO i dont know if anyone has come across this but myself and my neighbours are finding these insect like thingys on the plaster or even on the work tops and in the cupboards,,we wandered what on earth they are,,,as best as we can find out we looked up on the internet and we think they are book lice??????Our homes are new build conversions and wandered if they may be in the old stone work ect,,but in saying that my freinds have old conversions and they dont have anything like this..Help how do we exterminate these creatures,,they are vile...thank you in advance

use mr hoover but they need to be killed for good,,i have read on another thread to go to b an q and buy some insect/bug killer
