Forgive me if this is posted into wrong area, totally new to this & need advise,

Hi to all & please accept my apologies if i'm using the forum incorrectly, (still trying to work my way around).
Basically my problem is this;
My fiancee left me with taking all 3 of her sons (i'm the father of the youngest) to rented accomodation in March 2007. I sold my terrist house to buy a bungalow that was big enough for us all as a family, & started my own electrical company with the promise of my ex's full support and involvement where possible. It was Nov 2001 when we moved in & the mortgage was in my name only due to transfereing mortgages asap. Started the sole trader company in March 2004.During all this time sadly my ex played very little involvement due to couldnt be bothered etc.
Aug 2007 Her father (who lived in usa) died leaving property, savings life policies etc to her & her sister. At the same time as this we were getting into debt with suppliers and house hold bills etc. Cutting it short as poss' as soon as my ex recieved the 1st of many cheques she rented a house round the corner and moved out, leaving me to have to remortgage to survive.
Now i'm in serious debt problems as things been so difficult in many areas since she left. Trying to sell the bungalow now to pay off debts, but worried if she can make a claim once its sold.
Any advice would be so helpfull, as the csa mentioned she could even tho she doesnt need the money, she has inherited approx over $300 000.00. This is some how being hidden as she has used solicitors using legal aid.
So need some sensable advise , thankyou

    Hi downbutnotdefeated I noticed that this is your first post and wish to welcome you:hello:

    I am unable to answer your question.

    However my advice would be to write down all that you know to date and copy/provied proof of what you are aware of. It is so easy to forget small details that might promt you in the future, if you can get others to confirm the money that would be good and a place to start.

    Take care and best wishes

    Tread carefully as she could make a bad situation worse by setting the CSA on your back. Watch,observe,read,research but say nowt for now..!
