Looks like the techie problem with the server, the increase in visitors because of the weekly email and the IceSave issue has conspired to happen all at the same time.

I hope it eases off soon because it is making it difficult to do much on the boards. :undecided

Hi folks,

We've been monitoring and tweaking the servers all day and there are a combination of issues causing problems for us. We're doing all we can but I think we're in for a very big night on top of all this so I can't promise speed increases any time soon.

Are you still tweaking?

And please don't blame it on the number of users - there are only 6,600 at the moment.

Oh, and we've been 'bearing with you' on this speed problem for some time now. Will it ever get solved?
