Signed Football Shirt Value?

Hi,

I have been given a signed Arsenal football shirt as a gift. :j

It is the 2007/2008 shirt completes with certificate of authentication from Arsenal FC themselves (not a third party COA). It also has the serial number and a card detailing each player’s signature.

Is there anybody who knows about these sort of things? Possibly a collector etc?

If so could you give me a valuation for this shirt as I don’t have the slightest clue where I should start?

I would like to sell this on to raise funds but don’t know where to start. Ebay maybe? £1 start, no reserve;)

Any help from people with a little knowledge in this area would be appreciated.

I don't know where else to turn.

Thanks

Mark

My friend sold theirs for around £60, but you could get up to £100 it all depends if you get the right buyers bidding at the same time.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

How many and who's signatures does it have?

I'd be starting at at least £25 if it were mine
It's taken me years of experience to get this cynical

It really depends on the signatures and season. Even some of the premiership club shirts signed by the international star names can go for quite little, as there are so many of them around, whereas some signed Championship shirts will sell for £100+ due to the low numbers available.

Either go for broke and do a low start auction, or find a specialist trader to sell it to who knows the potential value.

I used to work on Carrington Lane near the training grounds and regularly saw the same people over and over again collecting autographs on shirts and photos for both City and Man U.
