The draw is open to all persons aged 18 or over, with the exemption of employees of Best Western Swiss Hotels. Closing date for entries is 31 December 2008.The organisers will not enter into any correspondence about the draw. Only those who enter their data truthfully are eligible to win. Winners will be extracted in January and contacted in person. No cash alternative is offered for the prizes and they may be conferred upon third parties only with the consent of Best Western Switzerland. The draw and all related circumstances are subject to Swiss law.

The winner of the draw grants Best Western Swiss Hotels the right, free of charge, to publish their name and photograph in a press or media release and on the Best Western Swiss Hotels website for three months. Press and media companies that take over the press or media release are entitled to publish the name and the photograph of the winner. – Best Western Swiss Hotels will itself produce the photograph that is to be published. The said photograph will remain the property of Best Western Swiss Hotels.

The details (location, date, etc.) of the top prize will be agreed bilaterally.

The prize is valid until 31 December 2009. The winner is restricted to a Best Western hotel of their choice in Switzerland for their personal use. The prize comprises one night's stay at a weekend in a double room, including breakfast and welcome drinks, for a maximum of 50 persons. The winner is responsible for organising and paying the costs of travel to and from the hotel.

Monthly prize: «BestCity Weekend»:

A draw for one BestCity Weekend will be held each month in September, October and November.

No purchase is required to take part in the draw or to win. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be ignored. No entries via third parties, e.g. competition agencies, will be accepted.
