    our argos stuff is delivered by a courier,not argos,its usually on time,but occasionally i have had to wait longer than the stated time,no biggie these guys are busy,i once ordered 2 sheds,and got 1 sent back,they wouldnt refund me until they had recived the shed back in the original packaging.got a conservatory suite deleivered 2 weeks ago the cane leg on the 2 seater was broken,e-mailed them and picking it up on tuesday and delivering another at same time,no questions asked:beer:

    I hate Argos right now. I went to place an order last week. It took me all day as the site kept telling me that my computer wasn't accepting cookies (it was on every other site). :confused: On monday my delivery arrived - two of everything. :eek: I rang up customer services who told me there was also another delivery scheduled for the next day. She said to refuse delivery for that one and she would arrange collection of one of the others on Thursday between 12noon and 6pm. So I had to stay in on Tuesday to refuse one order and Thursday for collection of the other. No-one came on Thursday so I rang customer services again. They said the collection request had not gone through and she would have to re-arrange it. :mad: So now I also have to stay in on Monday. The delivery guy said I was the second person he had delivered to that day to have a duplicate order.
