One of the below (from the JustDial website) may help:
What sorts of calls are included in the free minutes?

All your calls to local and national landlines in the evenings and at weekends for just-dial Saver lite and local and national landline calls at all times for just-dial Saver max. Note that this excludes calls to mobiles, premium rate numbers, international destinations and directory enquiries, all non-voice calls and non-geographical number (e.g. those starting with 0845 or 0870).

Will your service affect my Internet connection?

No, if your dial-up number begins 0844 04 or 0808 99 these calls will be routed through BT. Any other number will be routed through just-dial Saver and charged for accordingly. Any existing broadband service will not be affected

I have Internet service provided by another company. Will your service affect this?

If you have an un-metered dial-up service for which you pay a monthly subscription, your pc will probably be dialling a number commencing 0808 99 or 0844 04. These calls will continue to route through BT. If you have a metered dial-up Internet service your PC will probably be dialling a number commencing 0845; these calls will route through our service and will be billed accordingly. If you have your Internet dial-up as a BT Friends & Family number, you may continue to route these calls through BT should you so wish by prefixing the dial-up number with 1280. Any Broadband service that you may have will be unaffected by just-dial Saver, however, should you apply for Broadband whilst you have an active just-dial Saver service it is possible that the Broadband order will temporarily render the just-dial Saver service inactive. In this instance I would advise notifying the just-dial Saver customer service team of any pending Broadband order.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
