• This Promotion is open to residents of the UK only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnson Ltd and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
• This promotion starts on 1 October 2008 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 12 pm on 31 October 2008 (the “Closing Date”). No purchase is required for entry.
• To enter this Promotion entrants must submit a description of a dream in 100 words or less by completing all parts of the entry form accessed at https://www.johnsonsbeauty.co.uk by the Closing Date. All entries must be received by the Promoter by the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will be treated as if never received.
• Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries cannot be returned.
• The first 10,000 valid entries received during the period commencing on the Start Date and ending on the Closing Date (the “Promotion Period”) will each receive 1 x Johnson’s® Dreamy Skin Extra Care Bath 50ml (the “Product”), which will be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of the relevant valid entry. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Product for item(s) of equivalent value.
• At 12pm on each Friday during the Promotion Period all valid entries submitted since 12pm on the preceding Friday, except for the first Friday being the 10 October 2008 in which case all valid entries submitted from the Opening Date up to 12pm on 10 October 2008, will be captured and from which the Promoter will randomly select five valid entries. All other entries will be discarded and will not be included in subsequent draws during the Promotion Period. Those five selected valid entries will then be interpreted by Delphi Ellis and published on the "Dream of the Week" feature accessed via https://www.johnsonsbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of submission. Each successful entrant selected will be notified by e-mail. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to have one or more of the five selected valid entries interpreted and published if in its absolute discretion it deems it inappropriate for any reason to do so. If the Promoter exercises this right then the Promoter will randomly select a substitute valid entry.
• Upon submission of an entry the participant agrees to the Promoter providing the entry to Delphi Ellis for interpretation and for the Promoter to publish the entry and interpretation on the “Dream of the Week” feature accessed via https://www.johnsonsbeauty.co.uk. Successful participants details will be included on the “Dream of the Week” feature but will be limited to name and county of residence only.
• Any entry that fails to comply with these rules will be deemed invalid.
• The promoter will make the names and county of residence of the winners available on written request within 14 days of the Closing Date.
• The promoter will have final say in any dispute over the application of these rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
• By taking part in this promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold the prizes without liability if in its view the participant is ineligible, the entry is invalid or the winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.
