Am I entitled to claim other benefits?

Hi, I am currently on sick leave from work and will be off for some time. I have another 3 weeks full time pay, then will go to half pay for 6 months until April 09 then SSP. I currently am entitled to WFTC and Child tax credits, and get council tax reduction of 25%. Once my pay reduces to half I will be in major financial difficulty. I have a mortgage and rent to pay (housing association part buy scheme). Would I be entitled to any other benefits to make up the short fall?

SSP only lasts for 28 weeks.I have another 3 weeks full time pay, then will go to half pay for 6 months then SSP until April 09.0 -
Once your SSP has run out you will be able to make a claim for Incapacity Benefit even if you are still receiving half pay.0
