"Phishing" Fraud & Bank Charges?

Hi all,
I, like I would imagine most people on these forums, live by very tight means, and spent most of the month very close to my overdraft limit.
This month my card number was "phished" and 3 payments were taken from my account totalling £95. This has sent me over my overdraft limit on 2 occasions and I have been charged.
I phoned A&L to cancel my cards, and they said that they would refund the £95 that was fraudulantly taken, and then persue the fraudster.
Unfortunatly my charges for this debarcle total £50. What is my right to claim these back?
