Why don't you just ring them or email them? They're always really helpful and responsive, much better than asking on here when you need an instant answer like this one.

Same thing happened to me & I've emailed them. If I don't hear anything back then I shall just send it without. As this has happened before & then the following week they were asking me to send the smart that I'd added the previous week ..... :rolleyes:

I think the problem is that once they have allocated a smart to one of your items, you cannot use that smart later on. I had this happen in the past & was told to send that particular smart back to them.

Their software does not seem to allow for amendments/adjustments very easily. Recently I had an item to be reconciled & although I did it, it was still outstanding for some weeks whenever I signed in. Eventually they sorted out the glitch.
