Hi there, i tried signing up for this when i first heard about it ages ago but was told there was no vacancies in my area.
I recieved a email the other day inviting me to apply but saying my buisness would need a franking machine? Did i sign up for the wrong thing lol
They have both personal & business senders. Obviously if you are doing it via a business they need you to have a franking machine -presumably because they refund the costs.
If you are a personal sender, all postage is already on the letters to be sent before they are sent out to you.
They have certainly cut back on members over the last few months and it seems there are very few, if that, vacancies for personal senders.
Might be worth your while to phone up & speak to the helpful Joanne to make sure you are on the waiting list for individuals.0 -
It use to be good when getting NON R items getting an online code and using the yellow labels with it.
Now it is a pain as you have to wait for up to 3 weeks for the pictures with the relevant codes to appear (or not and return them in the white envelopes)0 -

Probably not - they did do a mass email distribution when they were trying to recruit business monitors.0 -
I think they are testing me to see if I am doing it properly as I have had overstamps, queries about posting times/dates, wrong postbox times and no envelopes with stamps on in my posting pack (I used my own - or it could just be because of the floods). I am expecting a 'goodbye' letter soon.0

Are you sure the envelopes needed stamps, as sometimes they are not immediately obvious that they are Freepost.
Did you contact them when you used your own stamps as I am sure they would send you replacement ones if it was their error.
Somebody posted recently ( & I agree) that they do seem to be using those of us still on the panel for more odds & ends - perhaps that is what is happening to you rather than that you are on the "goodbye" list!0 -
Yes, I got the posting schedule with one envelope and stamp and nothing for the other 2 on the list. I didn't email them because I thought they were probably just in a bit of a mess because of the flood and I felt a bit silly asking for the odd stamp and envelopes.0

I emailed them when I had to put 1 of my own stamps on, and they were very nice and sent me a book of greetings stamps in apology.Yes, I got the posting schedule with one envelope and stamp and nothing for the other 2 on the list. Have had loads of these. 2 items on their 3 rd week just now so they will go back this Saturday. Much prefer the yellow labels instead of waiting till they are put on line. I have items lying in a heap with loads of postit notes with dates and times of arrivals. I just wait the 3 weeks and send them back when they don't appear on the list.I_luv_cats wrote: »It use to be good when getting NON R items getting an online code and using the yellow labels with it.
