I had alot of test items last week, then on Friday i received a 'Thorax' magazine which contained a supplement which made my white return envelope too big for any post box near me. I phoned the helpline and Joanne said to do whatever i wished with magazines as long as they get the wrapper and address insert back.
Some of us have been told to send it back, some of us have been told to keep it lol.
Im gonna carry on doing what ive done for the last year or so, until someone from Kantar tells me not to.0 -

Please accept our apologies that you have not yet received your incentives.
We will re order them for you and they should be with you in the next week or so.
Will give them til a week today see if they arrive by then.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -

hi there, you should record when you got the item and keepchecking for three weeks to see if it aperars on your list, if it doesn't, just send it back to them in the big grey envelope. If you have no stationery, you can request some by clicking on the tab 'Request staionery'.Like good food and drink?

Looks like I'm finished....
Cut a long story short... I started by trail period, couldn't register postboxes on the site, there is some technical problem with it. Still the same problem 2 months later, Joanne has just said the issue is ongoing and will keep my account on reserve until it's fixed. Not holding my breath.
I can't be the only one having this problem? Basically when I try to go through the register postbox process it gets to the end and transfers to the homepage, but the postbox has not been added.
I think they think I'm stupid and I'm doing something wrong on the website. I don't think they are going to even look into it.0
