This week#s Hello! has a free KitKat Senses bar in it. I know we're supposed to send back all enclosures for archiving but storing food, yuck! Anyway, I phoned the help line and asked if tyhey wanted it to be sent back with the magazine and the lovely lady answering the phone said no, keep it, do what I want with it

So for anyone else that receives it - I assume you can keep the KitKat Senses bar.
ps - I prefer the normal KitKat bars
pps - I wouldn't have got to try it otherwise as I boycott Nestle
Also keep the magazine. Just send back the wrapper and paper insert with your address on.
Why do i keep getting Law Reports and medical publications? I would love something easy to read!0 -
thanks, I'll keep my fingers crossed I get one soon then. Can't complain though, just had an extra book of stamps for posting an extra letter next week

Re Mags, when i first received a mag as a test item, i contacted Kantar, and was told to return the whole mag, which is what ive done since, no one has ever told me just to return the cover.0 -

I think it mainly depends who you talk to and which team they are from - the guy I spoke to was part of the group that did the trial for the new yellow labels system and the reason he told me not to send the magazines back was due to the cost ( I was recieving holiday brouchers at the time) so thats what I've kept to but like you say you and others have been told to return them.
Personally by the sounds of it they just go into storage so they actually wouldn't need to use the whole magazine. I'm guessing people should do what they've been told and if unsure to email them as hopefully they will then put something about it in the FAQ which I don't think they have done yet....2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -

I had alot of test items last week, then on Friday i received a 'Thorax' magazine which contained a supplement which made my white return envelope too big for any post box near me. I phoned the helpline and Joanne said to do whatever i wished with magazines as long as they get the wrapper and address insert back.0
