well after just starting, i posted first letter yesterday and told the computer all went well. this morning got the other letter ready ( didn't check my e-mails ) posted it at main post office after 1.00pm . just this moment, i turned on computer 7.45 pm noticed a e-mail read it , saying sorry too many in this post code your now
on the reserve list, don't bother to post anything or log any thing on computer . BAH HUMBUG.....sniff sniff ...bye all xx :mad:

I have had the exact same thing, but I live in the hope that they will not forget me.

I've been posting and getting letters and smarts for a few months now but i'm going on holidays for nine or ten days in a few weeks , do they let you get some time off for holidays ?

You can have time off!
You need to go the website and login.
Click on manage my accounts then go to enter my holiday information and enter the dates.
To stop receiving and getting postings you need to give them 3 weeks notice ideally

Yes - you notify them and they will not send you items to post during your holiday and you should not receive any items either (as long as the sender sticks to their own schedule).

Obviously they need notice of your holidays so that they can clear you from the system for that time. Tell them now - look along the top of the page after you have signed in.

when you log in online select 'My Account' from the top tabs then is has a selection and choose 'enter holiday information'
