The sites being stupid on me to, it keeps telling me there aren't any hotels in the area I put in, yet when I put all areas on the search it comes up with the single area I wanted beforehand. Very odd. So am not going further because I know it'll mess up again further along lol.

1.5 hours and I tried numerous weekdays in London but no joy. I think I've seen every error message possible though, and have contacted lastminute to complain. The "check availability" button worked just a couple of times and I saw 1 or 2 possibilities of a London hotel on a Sunday night, but I only wanted weekdays and with the amount of errors I doubt I could've got as far as a confirmed booking even if I'd found a good date. /rant!

When you clicked the banner you got a thumnail list of all the "venues" with descriptions.

From memory Aberdeen was one of the 1st in the list, Glasgow was 2 below it.

Like I say I was on at 09:57 (according to work phone / PC)

Must've marked as unavailable as soon as people went into purchase.

I managed to book the Thistle Bloomsbury (says 3* but think it's 4*) for Sunday 16 November. I really wanted a Saturday night but by the time I managed to get a page working (many, many, many resfreshes due to various server errors) I just booked what I could and am going to have the Monday off work. It also did the "this room is no longer available" but I just kept going backwards and forwards and it eventually worked. I booked my room at 10.55am. From what I've read online this hotel is undergoing refurbishments so hope our stay will be ok ... am off to find cheap train tickets and theatre tickets now .....

There are two Thistles in the Bloomsbury area - one three and the other four star. Not to take the shine off it...but I've been to the four star and it's very, very shabby (quite possibly it's been refurbed now).

I went on Last Minute at 10am and there are some different hotels listed now compared to the original list. The vast majority of them seem to be Thistle hotels. I'm getting an error message everytime I tried to check availability.
