The prize is for a 3 night 4* city break in New York, based on two sharing on a RO basis departing between December 2008 to May 2009.
The prize includes; return economy class flights from London and all airport taxes and fuel surcharges.
The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between December 2008 to May 2009, excluding the following times, Christmas, public holidays and school holidays.
The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
The prize (Flights) is for a pair of Economy return tickets on Virgin Atlantic Airways from London to a Virgin Atlantic destination. The Flights are not valid for travel to New York JFK, Sydney, Johannesburg, Cape Town and all codeshare flights. The tickets have to be used by the prize winner and their companion, travelling on the same flights in both directions. Once the tickets are issued they are nonchangeable, nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. Passenger taxes, charges, fees and surcharges (the amount of which are subject to change) on the prize tickets are to be paid for by the prize winner.
Flights will only be valid on the following dates: 15 September to 10 December 2008, 10 January to 31 March 2009 and 21 April to 31 May 2009.
Further travel embargoes may be imposed from time to time. Tickets must be used by the above expiry date and this cannot be extended. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted on these tickets. All seats are subject to availability.
