Whats the cheapest to ring canada??

Hiya
My b/f rings his sister alot in canada with BT phone, was wondering if there a cheaper way for him to ring as yesterday morning he was on phone to her for 2 hours.

Provided the phone has line rental paid to BT, there are two options which will give calls to Canada at 0.5p per minute:

1) Use DiscountDial
Simply phone 0844 200 9595, then enter the full destination phone number. Charges will appear on your normal BT phone bill, charged at 0.5p per minute plus BT's normal 7p per call connection charge.

2) Open an account with 18185
After opening an account with 18185, enter 18185 and then the full destination phone number. Charges will be billed by 18185, charged at 0.5p per minute, plus their 4p per call connection charge.

NB - these costs are correct today but can change in the future. There is a link to 'International Call Checker' on most MSE pages - use this to see the latest rates.
