Motorola

First Motorola V600 was a fantastic phone, until my wife left it in her jeans and ran it through the washing machine   :o

Claimed on Norwich Union Contents Insurance, through to India, new phone delivered within 48 hours  ;D

New phone was a month old when it started switching itself on and off, OK phoned Motorola sent it away for repair at my cost, not happy but OK.

Phone returned last Saturday original fault fixed but a new fault now shows itself! The microphone now is faulty, so ring Motorola again, they want me to send it for repair again  >:(

I now ask for a replacement new phone, but I am told the phone has to be repaired 3 times before a new one is issued!

Wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor or manager, had to write a letter to their Customer Care Team in Edinburgh!

Letter faxed, bloody Motorola, I've bought 4 of their phones, think this maybe the last!
