Hubby has an RBS cc, he had it to use for 0% balance transfer & when the card came he cut it up as he had no intentions on using it. The other day he phoned them up to let them know that we are moving & to give them our new address ( my Mums house) anyway to cut a long story short they refused to change address as my husband didn't have the security number on the back of the card & to make matters worse they have now refused to send the bill to our old address. What a complete pain in the butt :mad:

Could you not say the card has been damaged and request a new one, then transfer it to the new address?0

write to them informing them of the new address.
Only guessing here but I'm wondering if they would make a note of the new address with just the account number quoted for security reasons?????2014 Target;
