Hi,

I would like opinions on a quote for the following work,

Installation of a new consumer unit (8 way)

adding two security lights to the front of the house, one PIR and one coach light, and the changing of a two way switch to a three way switch

adding an external power socket

converting six single sockets to doubles

connecting an installed cooker hood

correcting a problem with stair/landing light switches.

We were quoted £500 for this work, we live in North Wales. Does that seem fair?

Who ever does this for £500-00 is a mug!! I would seriously check thier credentials you are playing with fire.
On the other hand in reply to your question this quote is more than fair its the bargain of the century!!
