have had a number of transactions that failed to track, that they refuse to pay out on, they are also very slow at sorting any problems. i have had payments classed as pending for over 3 months, and they dont sort out help tickets until the 90 days. so i would advise to stay well clear and use other sites instead0

to be honest I have found quidco to be far betterSelf confessed Florida expert

Is topcashback better than quidco as myself and a work colleague have had problems with things tracking which is why I stayed with greasypalm despite quidco payouts being better. I don't buy things online very often but would like to earn enough to get the payouts without having to wait ages.Did owe £9,951.96
Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

I have been with GreasyPalm for some years now and quite quickly build up cash back which I received as a cheque. Since then I have had to chase up cashback which they either say is now too late to too soon to investigate. They have now said the account is lapsed but that I can log in to reactivate but that doesn't work. Each time I try to contact them it jumps straight back to login - which doesn't work - despite them resending the password which is the one I was using anyway. What's going on here! I am due a payout from a holiday booked in October....! Do they just not want to payout and block you!0

I use it for everything and can't fault it. Its a bit offish with ebay, its been pending for months. Otherwise its great.0

I have a greasy palm account too and all that is in mine is the sign up £2.50. I use quidco and have not had any problems. I will have to have a look at CBK.s as you all speak highly of it.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

I have also had problems with greasypalm - they were fine at first but I have twice had good sums of cashback for insurance tracked then reversed. On the first occasion I raised a ticket to be told it was too soon after the transaction to claim so I waited a while, tried again and was told it was too late!
When it happened again a second time I stopped going through them for larger deals as the only ones which seem to track without problem are the small ones - and you need to buy a lot of dvds from play to make up the £25 cashback payout
I now use quidco and so far they have been fine.
Problems with tracking or rejected sales like this have nothing to do with GreasyPalm or quidco etc, the tracking problems occur because the affiliate network who they use has a problem, this can origionate from the settings on your browser (blocking cookies, ad blocking etc) so don't blame them. If the sale is rejected for you it is also rejected for them so they ahve no incentive to do this.
As for payments being reversed this is down to the retailer rejecting them, they do this for many reasons, usually to protect against fraud as there are alot of people and affiliate websites tryign to scam the system.
I use quidco, make sure my setting are right and make the order straight after click through and have never had a problem.0 -

Message: We and the retailer have investigated your claim for missing cashback, I'm sorry to report that we have been unable to track this particular transaction and the retailer concerned has not logged the sale as coming from our site. As a result we as a company have not been paid the sales commission for this and there is no cashback to share. Sorry! We understand that this might be disappointing but I'm afraid there is nothing further we can do to try and recover this claim.

Message: Dear Fiona,
Please understand that I fully appreciate that you have not been paid and that as a result I cannot receive my cashback. But to claim that 'you cannot track this transaction' when my click history clearly shows that I visited the Only Finance Life Assurance site on 12th Nov 08 at 11:23 AM credits me with very little intelligence. You know and I know that I visited the site. Plus I can prove that the company called me on my home telephone number very shortly afterwards with a quote which they also sent to me by email.
It is very clear to me that this company underestimated the takeup of this offer and as a result ran out of money. They therefore refused to pay you so you cannot give me the cash. It did not escape my attention that this offer was very quickly restricted to 50 quotes per day from 18th November when this had previously been unlimited and the offer was then removed completely at 2pm today, 19th November.
I have lost faith in Greasypalm as a result of your lack of honesty in the way you have dealt with this. To claim that you 'cannot track this transaction' when there is a clear record of my having visited the site is dishonest. I would have respected you more had you just come clean and said that Only Finance refused to pay out any more claims and that was that.
I registered this claim before the relationship between yourselves and Only Finance ended. By the time you got around to reviewing my ticket it was too late. The relationship had been severed, you had no way to obtain the money.
What makes me sick to my back teeth was that I was able to provide tracking info, names of contacts and a policy document but did not get paid. But I notice from the reviews that were published that at least one Greasypalm member boasted of having left false contact details and yet still received their £14.
I will be posting this on the Moneysaving Expert site as an example of how you used canned responses to quickly close off tickets 'to help other members' when your only real concern is to get these off the pending queue.
Once again, I realise that you cannot do anymore and that no cashback will be payable, but I think it is deplorable that you reward dishonest members at the expense of the rest of us.0 -
Topcashback is the best, ive recieved over £200 in cashback of them from purchasing various products , withdrawels always efficient and quick, and minimum 100% cashback rate

Is there a way to contact Greasy Palm without raising a ticket? They just stay 'in queue' forever.0
