GreasyPalm - Is it worth it?

I have also had problems with greasypalm - they were fine at first but I have twice had good sums of cashback for insurance tracked then reversed. On the first occasion I raised a ticket to be told it was too soon after the transaction to claim so I waited a while, tried again and was told it was too late!
When it happened again a second time I stopped going through them for larger deals as the only ones which seem to track without problem are the small ones - and you need to buy a lot of dvds from play to make up the £25 cashback payout
I now use quidco and so far they have been fine.0 -
I second this too...my hubby account had over £100 in it...theyjust suddenly didint let him log in and when questioned said he had multile accounts...and no reply to any questions thereafterGreasypalm closed my one and only account which had nearly £60:00 in it, they said I had multiple accounts, when questioned about this they decline to answer or prove to me that I had multiple accounts. The real reason they closed my account was that I complained that cashback paid was not the amount that was offered when I took the offer.0 -

I've been having oroblems on their website too, can't get access to their 'ticket' process - keeps defaulting! Don't know what's going on, but I'll not be using them again.0

Hi, I agree with dmister above, TopCashBack is by far the best site and i've used a few, Greasypalm being the first a few years ago. I used to think thie site was good, but others have overtaken, especially with customer service - TCB has always been seen to help the consumer in times of problems with the shops.
Currently over £290 earned on TCB and counting....0 -
Me too... TopCashBack seem to be by far the best, especially with their Topups and getting more than 100%, I'm now on 102% :-) ... every little helps !! There seems no point using any others, their customer service has been brilliant for me as well - Its nice and a rare occurrence (sorry if spelt wrong) to see a company putting customers before profit! Now on about £800 since I joined...:beer:0

Greasypalm used to be great (I got a few £100's off them for insurance etc) - then they went downhill. I too got lots of things that didn't track, and I ended up getting really fed up with them.
I switched to Quidco, and they have been great - only 1 thing hasn't tracked in 2 years, and they sorted that out. I use pigsback too (for Amazon points) and they have been fine.0 -
Well guys, thanks for all you inputs, you've convinced me, have just signed up with topcashback and greasypalm can go where the sun doesn't shine!0
