mobile phone problem

basically, I don't receive any text messages until i turn my phone off and then back on again?

anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

any help would be great :j

try contacting your provider, maybe you need a sim update

You probably already have done, but make sure your inbox, outbox, sent, etc are not full. If they hold a considerable amount of messages, it might be wise to have a clean out.

Failing that, contact your provider make sure the settings are as they are, and their isn't a mast outage anywhere. If all seems well there, then ask for a SIM update. After you get the update, apply it and restart the phone.
