Have nPower already increased prices recently?

I see that British Gas, E.On, and Ebico have either announced price rises or already implemented them in the last couple of months.
On paper, nPower looks like the best switch option for me, but have they already announced price increases, or is it likely they will bring the grim news just after I have switched?!

All the main suppliers have increased prices recently including Npower. Who knows when they'll next change?0
