Cold Radiator (All the rest are fine)???

I have recently renewed a few radiators. The system has been properly drained and refilled by me, all rads bled properly and no leaks, pressure on combi fine.
Heating put on today and all new rads, but one, are heating up. I can't work out why. The rad is full when testing blead valve, but neither pipes going in/out are hot, prior to the valves. It has lock shield valves either side as couldn't put a TRV one side due to size of rad and pipe set up, but this shouldn't be an issue, as far as I am aware anyway.
Can anyone suggest what the problem could be?
Thanks

You have a localised airlock which is a very simple problem to resolve.

Turn off all other radiators by shutting the TRVs down to the frost setting. You will be rewarded by a gurgle from the cold rad and it will rapdily heat up.

Open up all the other radiators and your problem is solved.
