Wanted- Safe Havens For Savings!!!

Any ideas on good savings accounts to shift some cash into? I want split up some money into £35k blocks. Can't be HSBC, Nationwide, Halifax, or Cov BS, and needs to be instant access if possible. No too bothered about interest rates- more interested in the safety of the deposits......

If your not worried about rates why not put it all in NS&I and/or Northern Rock ?No-one would remember the Good Samaritan if he'd only had good intentions. He had money as well.
