Sainsbury's (purple) lavender soap is really nice, 69p a tablet and it is prettily packaged and an attractive oval shape. We use it all the time, as lavender is supposed to be de-stressing ;D.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

sainsbury purple shower gel is nice too. ;D0

Galtizz - if you've not filled your purple hamper yet, Wilkinsons had some nice bath salts/bubble bath sets. Four (very tall and thin) pyramid shaped bottles, two salt, two bubble, in different shades of purple for £2.99Mink0

On the purple theme - and relaxation - how about getting a plastic or glass spray bottle and filling it with water and some lavender essential oil.
It can be used as an air freshener or just to spray around the room or on a pillow to help relaxation and sleep."This site is addictive!"

Thanks for all your help.
It was her birthday last week and I went to Sainsburys and Tesco's for everything purple.
I got soap, shower gel, shower puff scrunchie thing, towel, bar of dairy milk and a little purple pansy (from my garden, so free 8)) in a little teracotta pot that I painted with a purple tester pot.
Some really good ideas here though, I wish I'd posted my question earlier so that I could have used them. When life hands you a lemon, make sure you ask for tequilla and salt0 -

What an amazing thread! Thank you all so much, suddenly I don't feel stressed about getting ready for Christmas anymore. :T
All my friends are getting "me time" hampers, a HM foody hamper for my dad. The possibilities are endless. I got lovely big wicker baskets in Exeter Poindland this week.
I thought it would be good to do small toy boxes for my girls so
I can fill them with art bits. Anyone got any ideas where I can buy plain, cheap (obvoiusly) wooden boxes that I could stencil their names on?:snow_laug HM Christmas 2010
