Investing £100,000

Hi. I've searched the forum but haven't found anything recent for investing £100,000+
I currently bank with Nationwide only. I have 2 Flex Accounts and around £10,000 in e-Savings. I do not have any ISAs.
I'm hoping to get a little more for my money as e-Savings isn't giving me a great return.
I think it's time that I started to invest in an ISA. I live in Northern Ireland so not all Building Societys and Banks would be accessible.
I'm keen to use the internet as it appears to offer slightly better rates.
All suggestions appreciated
Colin

You have to start putting money into cash-ISA's to avoid tax on your interest.
Have a look at Index Linked Savings certs for tax-free returns also.
Isofa's link provides lots of info on other accounts. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
is now a good time to put money away for three years0

You should set up an ISA, whether fully S&S or also cash is up to you. I would put max money into both (£7200). You have so many other options available that its too hard to suggest anything.
do you need instant access or can the money be put away for a while?
Tax status?
How much risk are you willing to take?
Do you want to guarantee you get your capital back or are you willing to risk it for higher returns?
Do you need monthly interest?Living the good life spending all my money but loving it!!0
